Deciding what time goal to train for is a tricky choice for many runners.

For new runners it is a tough choice. Do you train to finish or set a specific goal?

Marathon Man and The Sahara Race

Marathon Man Trent Morrow ran the 2011 Sahara Race.

This amazing effort involved 250km over 5 days in very tough conditions.
